Downtown Porvenir

This is a tiny rusty town of brightly painted metal-clad
Victorian houses, started lin the gold rush, now home to a couple of hotels, a load of gauchos, fishermen and miners. We met moustachioed men in wide-brimmed hats, all dead-friendly and they wondered what the heck we were doing there - come to think of it, we were wondering the same thing.
